📝 Form Outreach
What this is: outreach to leads that have a website but no email. Each draft is sent from your brand's support inbox (e.g. [email protected]) through the business's own website contact form — RUO-compliant. Approving submits the form for real.
It is not tied to a rep and doesn't claim the lead — only who approved it is recorded. The lead moves to contacted once it's sent.

hyLeads Guide
How to find leads, call them, and win
What is hyLeads?
hyLeads is your B2B prospect pipeline. It pulls businesses from Google, NPI, and other sources that match what we sell, lets you call them directly from your phone, log what happened, and auto-claim the lead — all in one tap.
2 Active BrandsCall = ClaimAuto-Leaderboard
The basic flow
1
Pick your brand
Use the dropdown at the top — MicroPharma for RUO peptides, GeneOS for gene analytics. The lead pool switches to match.
2
Browse unassigned leads
Tap Unassigned to see the open pool. Sort by score. Hot leads (score 70+) have the best chance of converting. Tap Filters to narrow by buyer type or tier.
3
Call the lead
Tap the cyan 📞 Call button. Dial from your phone. After the call, log outcome + a quick note. This auto-claims the lead and credits you on the leaderboard.
4
Follow up
Use Details › to open the drawer. Send email from your brand address, schedule a follow-up date, or open the lead on hyMaps to see the storefront.
5
Win the deal
Once they’re in — tap Convert to customer in the drawer. The deal flows into hySales revenue tracking.
Pipeline scopes
Mine
Leads you own. Work these first — they’re already yours.
Unassigned
The open pool. Nobody owns these yet. First to call claims them.
Everyone
See the whole team’s pipeline. Good for spotting duplicates or checking coverage.
How calling works
Calling is the only way to claim a lead. The old standalone "Claim" button no longer exists — it was removed to keep the pool fair. You call → log a meaningful note → tap Log & Claim → the lead is automatically credited to you.
Step by step
1
Tap 📞 Call on a card
A bottom sheet slides up with the business name and phone number in large text. Review the contact before dialling.
2
Dial the number
Tap Dial — your phone opens the dialer with the number pre-filled. Make the call. Return to the sheet when you're done.
3
Pick the outcome
Tap one: Answered / Voicemail / No answer / Wrong #. Be accurate — it drives your follow-up cadence.
4
Write a meaningful note (required, min 5 chars)
Notes are server-enforced and must be meaningful — this is an anti-gaming gate. Jot something real: "Spoke to Dr Patel, interested in BPC-157, call back Fri" or "Left VM, good candidate — follow up Mon". Single-letter spam is rejected.
5
Tap ✅ Log & Claim
Credit is automatically applied to you — it cannot be reassigned to anyone else. The lead moves from Unassigned into your Mine pool and you earn a leaderboard point.
⚠️ Anti-gaming gate Notes are required and server-validated for meaningful content (min 5 chars, no junk). You must tap Dial before Log & Claim is enabled. Credit is locked to the logged-in user — no manual reassignment. The old standalone Claim button no longer exists.
Leaderboard
Every confirmed call earns you a point. The leaderboard on the Sales Cockpit updates in real-time. It resets per period (admin-only). Top 3 get the podium. #1 gets the crown.
🏆 Volume wins. Voicemail counts. No answer counts. Just dial, log, and move to the next one.
MicroPharma — RUO Wholesale

❌ Don’t call: Regular GPs, insurance-billing primary care, hospitals, licensed pharmacies with their own suppliers.
GeneOS — Gene Analytics
GeneOS is a personalized medicine platform powered by genomics: pharmacogenomics (which supplements fit your genes), nutrigenomics, longevity optimization. Clients must be open-minded and tech-forward.
🧠 Qualification test: Do they already use data, tracking, or personalized protocols with clients? Good. Are they rigidly evidence-based / FDA-only? Skip them.

Personalized email
1
Tap ✉️ Email on a lead card
The compose modal opens. It shows From: [yourname]@[brand].com automatically — based on your login + active brand. For example: [email protected]
2
Tap 🤖 Generate
AI writes a personalized wholesale pitch based on the business type, location, and what we sell. Edit it however you want before sending.
3
Hit Send
Email goes out from your personalized address. If they reply, it lands in your hyMail inbox for that brand as a priority notification.
Web Form outreach
Some leads have a website but no email address on file. Instead of an Email button, you’ll see a 📝 Web Form button. Tapping it queues a browser agent to visit their contact form and submit an outreach message on your behalf.
💡 Use the Forms (N) chip at the top of your pipeline to review and approve queued form submissions before they go out.

Common questions
Q
Why can’t I see a Claim button?
There isn’t one. Calling IS claiming. Tap 📞 Call, dial, log the outcome — the lead is automatically assigned to you. This prevents anyone from sitting on leads they never actually call.
Q
Someone already called this lead. Can I still work it?
Check the owner tag on the card. If they haven’t progressed it in a while, it stays in Mine for that rep but you can see it under Everyone. Don’t duplicate-call leads that are already in progress.
Q
How do I find new leads for my area?
Tap ① Find NEW prospects on the web at the top. Enter a ZIP from the Cities tab, pick a radius, and hit ⚡ Find from all sources. New leads appear in the Unassigned pool within ~1 minute.
Q
What does the score mean?
70+ = Hot (high match, go now). 40–69 = Warm (worth a call). <40 = Cold (low priority or missing info). Enrich a lead to raise its score with more contact data.
Q
What does 🔬 Enrich do?
Runs a web + NPI + Google Places search to find a missing phone number or email. If the lead has no email, enriching sometimes finds it so you can switch from Web Form to Email outreach.
Q
How does the Map button work?
Opens hyMaps centered on the business with the store’s info card, Google Places photos, Street View, and a direct Call/Email button — all pre-loaded from our lead data.
Q
How do I see who’s winning on the leaderboard?
Go to the Sales Cockpit — the leaderboard is the first thing you see at the top. It shows the current period podium with animated counts. Resets are admin-only.
Q
I converted a lead. Now what?
In the lead drawer, tap 💎 Convert to customer. This creates a customer + deal record in hySales so revenue flows into reporting. No emails or charges happen — it’s pure CRM linkage.
Need help or have an idea? Use the 🧠 Hypatia bubble (bottom right) — Hypatia knows hyLeads in full context and can answer questions, generate pitches, or suggest next steps for any lead.
